An intimate retreat for women who haven't lost their appetite for life.
Your wisdom gave you roots.
Now give your wonder wings.
After years of fitting around everyone else's lives, you have gained something invaluable: perspective. You finally know what matters, what deserves your energy, and what to let go. It is time to put yourself back into your own story.
Your wisdom hasn't diminished your appetite for life. You are still curious and ready to be surprised. You still want to laugh, travel, make new friends, and follow what fascinates you.
Sense & Folly is for both: the wisdom you have earned, and the wonder that keeps you exploring.
"Growing wiser never meant growing out of wonder." — FarahThis Is My Time →
This weekend begins with respect for the woman you have already become. You are not here to be fixed, upgraded or reinvented. Instead, you're invited to give equal room to the wisdom you've gathered and the wonder you haven't lost.
For one delicious weekend, everyday expectations loosen their grip. There is nothing to master and nothing to perform. Reflection sits naturally alongside laughter, pleasure and play.
"Your wisdom. Your wonder. Neither has an expiry date." — Farah
For two nights, a wonderfully unconventional 17th-century haven on the Kent coast becomes entirely ours. Reimagined with boutique interiors and a playful eccentricity, exploring this characterful house is part of the experience.

View More"There is still so much life to live, so much wonder left to discover, and so much joy quietly waiting for you to finally make room for it again."
Follow your curiosity. Feed your senses. Leave room for folly.
Farah's signature practice weaves movement, music and nature's rhythms into an embodied flow — an invitation to inhabit your body, follow the music and experience movement from the inside out.
Sink into the Himalayan salt sauna, slip into the hot tub, or simply enjoy the rare luxury of having nowhere else to be. Time here is yours to linger.
Intimate gatherings, heartfelt conversation, gentle EFT and a glimpse into your Human Design blueprint.
A ceremonial cacao gathering followed by blindfolded trance dance, primal drumming and breathwork — an invitation to follow curiosity beyond the familiar and see where the experience takes you.
Our private house festival: fabulous music, dancing, laughter, mocktail mixology and a generous dose of joie de vivre.
A private chef will create generous, flavour-filled feasts inspired by the Mediterranean and North Africa — colourful, abundant and made to be savoured.
"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" — Mary Oliver
This is our intended rhythm for the weekend. Timings and activities may shift slightly to allow for the weather, the group and a little spontaneity.
Everything you need for a beautifully immersive weekend is thoughtfully woven into your stay — from comfortable accommodation and private-chef Mediterranean feasts to meaningful experiences and so much more. Come as you are, follow your own rhythm, and let the weekend unfold naturally.

Founder of Rhythma · Embodiment & Movement Teacher · Sacred Space-Holder
For years, I've been gathering women together in circles, dance, movement medicine, and sacred rituals. I've watched brilliant, capable women master the art of showing up for everyone else — and I've witnessed that unmistakable spark when a woman realises: perhaps I belong in the centre of the picture too.
I could list credentials — Human Design, EFT, Breathwork, dance modalities, cosmic wisdom. They matter, of course, but they aren't the real reason I created Sense & Folly Retreat. Life is. Because I am in this chapter with you.
"I'm not standing on the other side of the door with all the answers. I'm simply a few steps ahead, holding the handle open."
Come on in. Let's see what's inside.
If you'd like to talk things through, ask questions, or get a feel for whether Sense & Folly is right for you, I'd love to meet you.
Let's Have A Chat →Farah thinks of everything, not just the beautiful details, but the ones that make you feel truly seen. I felt safe in her hands from the beginning, never pushed or forced, just gently invited into an experience that felt deeply personal.— Jane
Something happened very naturally between us. The barriers seemed to fall away, trust came quickly, and before long we were sharing, laughing and opening up as if we'd known each other far longer. The insights and friendships stayed with me long after the weekend ended.— Heather
Not at all. Many women will arrive solo, and the weekend is designed for connection to unfold naturally. Come alone — you won't be alone for long.
Created especially for women in the second half of life. There's no magic number — it's much more about where you are in life and your appetite for what comes next.
Absolutely not. There's nothing to perfect and nobody to impress. Everything can be adapted to your body, energy and comfort.
No. Everything is an invitation. Your yes matters here — and so does your no.
Absolutely. There will be ritual, ceremonial cacao, nature, the elements and sacred moments, but no beliefs to adopt. Curiosity is more than enough.
A guided sensory journey through music, gentle movement, imagination and shamanic drumming. The blindfold helps quieten the visual world and heighten your other senses, and it is always optional.
Imagine, Bling and Goldie each have one king-size bed for two women, ideal for friends or sisters happy to share. Prefer your own bed? Choose one of our twin or bunk-share rooms, or have the whole penthouse to yourself.
We'll ask about dietary requirements before your stay and will do our best to accommodate common needs.
This particular weekend is alcohol-free.
Optional treatments can be booked separately for an additional fee during Saturday's free time.
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available (limited to 5 cars).
